This study aims to find to what extent the effect of workload (X1) and work conflict (X2) on the teachers' work stress (Y) at SMPN 2 Telaga. The sampling technique employed in this study is simple random sampling. The primary data collection is through a list of statements tested through validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the first test show that the workload variable (X1) and work conflict (X2) simultaneously have an effect on the teachers' work stress at SMPN 2 Telaga by 0.763 or 76.3%. The results of partial hypothesis testing state that workload (X1) and work conflict (X2) affect the teachers' work stress (Y) at SMPN 2 Telaga by 0.391, work conflict (X2) on the teachers' work stress (Y) by 0.316. There are external factors not included in the model by 0.237.
