The aims of this research are (1) to determine the form of law enforcement regarding the distribution of rat brand alcoholic drinks in Pohuwato Regency. (2) To determine theinhibiting factors that hinder law enforcement in efforts to control the distribution of rat brand alcoholic drinks in Pohuwato Regency. The type of research carried out by researchers is empirical research by analyzing legal materials and primary data obtained through interviews.The results of this research show that: The form of law enforcement regarding the distribution of rat brand alcoholic drinks in Pohuwato Regency adopts a combined approach between preventive and repressive measures. Consideringthat the majority of rat brand drinks come from outside the region, cross-regional cooperation has been increased to monitor and prevent the influx of illegal drinks.Factors that hinder law enforcement in efforts to control the distribution of rat brand alcoholic drinks in Pohuwato Regency are human resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure. Increasing the number of personnel and increasing the level of education will provide additional strength for law enforcement officers. In addition, investment in facilities and infrastructure such as operational cars and guard posts that are active 24 hours are considered importantto support mobility and faster response.
