This study aims to determine the results of the application of the least square method in predicting the Production of Openwork Cakes. As well as knowing the level of accuracy of The Filigree Cake Production Prediction Using the Least Square Method. The results of this study obtained a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.10%. From the accuracy results obtained and also the mean Absolute Percentage error (MAPE) value obtained, it can then be concluded that the prediction system obtained quite good result
