Abstrak:
This study aims to find the effect of competence consisting of intellectual, emotional, and social simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Life Gorontalo. The population in this study covers all employees, amounting to 66 people, The primary data collection is through a list of questions tested for two stages, namely the validity test and reliability test for each question item in the questionnaire. The analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study show that competence in the form of intellectual, emotional, and social simultaneously has a positive effect on employee performance at BRI Life Gorontalo. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the effect is significant. Intellectual competence partially has a positive effect on employee performance at BRI Life Gorontalo. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the effect is significant. Emotional competence partially has a positive effect on employee performance at BRI Life Gorontalo. The hypothesis testing results in a significant effect. Social competence partially has a positive effect on employee performance at BRI Life Gorontalo. The results of hypothesis testing show that the effect is significant.
