This study aims to find to what extent the effect of Work Environment (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) on Apparatus Performance (Y) at the Office of Food Security and Agriculture of Bone Bolango. The methodin this study applies a quantitative approach with a descriptive presentation. The population determination and sampling technique used in this study is the census method. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. It employs the analysis method through Path Analysis. The results of the first test show that thevariables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Apparatus Performance (Y) at the Office of Food Security and Agriculture of Bone Bolango, namely 0.433 or 43.3%. The results of the secondhypothesis testing indicate that partially, Work Environment (X1) positively and significantly affects Apparatus Performance (Y) at the Office of Food Security and Agriculture of Bone Bolango, namely 0.208 or 20,8%. The results of the third test explain that the variable of Work Facilities (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Apparatus Performance (Y) at the Office of Food Security and Agriculture of Bone Bolango by 0,590 or 59.0%.
