Abstrak:
This study aims to find out to what extent the influence of performance appraisal (X1) and organizational climate (X2) on the employee's work effectiveness (Y) at PT. Nenggapartama Internusa Gorontalo. This study employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sample. The main data collection is through a list of statements tested for validity and reliability tests. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The result of the first test shows that simultaneously the performance appraisal (X1) and organizational climate (X2) have an effect on the employee's work effectiveness by 0.620 or 62.0%. The result of the second hypothesis test indicates that partially the performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness (Y) by 0.433, while organizational climate (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness (Y) by 0.361. There are external factors that are not included in the research model with a value of 0.380.
