The research aims to find out the analysis of financial management of small andmedium enterprises at Bilal Maker Snack at Bulotadaa Village in SipatanaSubdistrict, Gorontalo City, which began in September 2023. The researchfocuses are Budget Management, Reporting, Recording, and Control. The datacollection methods are direct interviews with respondents, namely Risma and heremployees at the Bilal Maker Snack. The data analysis employs qualitativedescriptive analysis. Based on the research results explicitly stated in the resultsand discussion, the research analysis of the financial management of Bilal MakerSnacks at Bulotadaa village, Gorontalo City is that the financial managementrecords and operational control work has often failed in the preparation.
