Justice Collaborators in Indonesian laws and regulations have not been specifically regulated, Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 4 of 2011 concerning Treatment of Criminal Reporters, Justice Collaborators in Cases Certain Crimes, Criminal Procedure Code, and Joint Decree between Law Enforcement Officials and Witness and Victim Protection Agencies Concerning Protection for Whistleblowers, Reporting Witnesses and Witnesses Who Collaborate with Perpetrators. Justice Collaborator uses a persuasive legal protection model. This protection model is comprehensive, involving all law enforcement components that have the authority to handle criminal acts of corruption, so that if there is a justice collaborator who provides information, it is hoped that all institutional components can provide protection
