This research aims to analyze the state property management at the Gorontalo High Court. The data used in this research is primary data taken from observations, archives, and interviews with informants and secondary data sourced from the state property management and related regulations. The research results indicate that the State Property Management at the Gorontalo High Court is by Government Regulation Number 28 of 2020 concerning State Property Management and the Regulation of Minister of Finance stipulated. Several factors hinder the activities of state property management, namely the lack of awareness and understanding of officers managing state property, and the lack of resources, both administrators and budgets, needed to manage state property. The efforts taken to optimize the state property management are, namely carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, and managing information about state property that can be accessed and accounted for.
