Abstrak:

This study aims to find and analyze the effect of organizational culture and leadership orientation on apparatus performance through work motivation at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. This study employs a sample of 100 people. The data collection techniques apply questionnaires and documentation. The data are tested through Smart PLS version 4.0. The results show that 1) Organizational culture positively and significantly affects work motivation at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. 2) Leadership orientation positively and significantly affects work motivation at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. 4) Leadership orientation positively and significantly affects apparatus performance at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. 5) Work motivation positively and significantly affects apparatus performance at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Gorontalo Province. 6) The role of work motivation significantly mediates organizational culture and apparatus performance. 7). The role of work motivation significantly mediate leadership orientation and employee performance.
