Abstrak:
The purpose of the research conducted is to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada'a Pohuwato District. It analyzes primary data in solving the main problem in the research, namely the effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction. The analysis methods ds used are simple regression analysis, correlation analysis, and significant tests. Based on the results of quantitative data analysis data processing, the research conducted at PT J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada'a Pohuwato District indicate that service quality has a positive effect of 0.643 and is significant to customer satisfaction at PT J & T Express Drop Point Duhiada'a Pohuwato District.
