The results obtained in this study are the implementation of the case title in the process of investigating children who have committed a theft of theft, and this has been carried out in accordance with Perkapolri number 14 of 2012 concerning the management of criminal investigations. The importance of carrying out a case title to determine whether or not the perpetrator commits a crime (can be called a suspect) and also to obtain accurate evidence. in conducting a case, the investigator must also present the Reporting Party and the Reported Party. In the case of the process of investigating criminal acts of theft by children, of course, it has various obstacles, this is because the process in the study is children (ages 14-16) which maintain until there is a negative impact after the child is brought to the case.
