Performance appraisal is an activity carried out by the BPD or the Village Head to assess the performance of officials in their work. Assessment is carried out in order to regulate the performance of the apparatus in advancing the quality of work. However, the assessment has not been carried out in a systematic way, there is injustice because it is still done manually. To assist the village in making a more systematic policy, the researcher will create a decision support system for assessing the performance of village officials using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method through the programming language PHP, Database, MySQL, along with the use of Dreamweaver and Photoshop applications. This system has also been tested using a white box system to avoid system errors with the results Cyclomatic Complexity = 5, Region = 5, and independent Path = 5.
