This study aims to determine and analyze profitability ratios consisting of Net Profit Margin ratios and Return On Assets ratios at PT Hutama Karya (PERSERO) Tbk by using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This study uses secondary data in the form of the financial statements of PT Hutama Karya (PERSERO) Tbk from 2019 to 2021.The results of the Profitability ratio research which consists of PT Hutama Karya (PERSERO) Tbk NPM and ROA ratios from 2019, 2020 and 2021 are classified as bad or ineffective The Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratio obtained in 2019 is 6.98% in 2020 of (7.65) %, and in 2020 it was (11.67)%, while PT Hutama Karya (PERSERO) Tbk's Return On Assets (ROA) from 2019-2021 was stated to be not good or ineffective where the ratio value obtained in 2029 of 2.01%, 2020 (1.57)%, and 2021 of (1.80)%, NNPM and ROA have poor results because they are still far below the specified industry performance standards
